Obed Tsuma

Obed is an accountant by professional and posses Master Degree in Finance, he has been working with HMDS since 2004 to date as a finance director.

He has experience in senior leadership, giving both strategic and oversight directions in financial management.

He has wide range of experience working with civil society organizations and a member of various developments based networks.
